The Koyola (Clown Kachina) is sometimes called Hano Or Tava Clown. They are considered to be the father of the Kachina. Clowns play an important role in the kachina cult. They are in most plaza dances and in major ceremonies offering comic relief to the dances. Some serve to ctrve illness. Some are object lessons in improper Hopi behavior. All the clowns have great audience appeal.Patches are washable, colorfast and do not shrink. Approximate siaze is 2" 5". Patches are sold individually.
